Rentals are always for a minimum of 7 nights

Check-in between 12h00 and 20h00

Check-in on public holidays or after office hours: supplement of 25€

Check-out: 10h00 at the latest

No arrivals on Sunday

The deposit will be refunded if no damage was found  after your stay and after settlement of the energy bill

To avoid being held responsible, it is important to report any damage on arrival

Included in the rent : water and electricity consumption (3,5€/night), normal cleaning, bed linen and 2 towels per person

It is important to have travel insurance in case you are unable to make use of your reservation
